BATTERY WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty DOES NOT COVER batteries that can be recharged. Products that have been used, hooked-up or installed are non-returnable.
Warranty does not cover any battery if: The terminals are melted, damaged or broken. The cases are cracked, damaged or broken.
Warranty does not cover a Dry-Cell battery if:
The battery has been opened or depressurized.
The cases are swollen or sunken. Swelling results from: Overcharging Sinking results from: Undercharging or Discharge.
ALTERNATOR & STARTER WARRANTY POLICY
Our warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. Marine Units are NOT WATERPROOF and if units ARE NOT labeled Marine, they ARE NOT approved for GAS ENGINES!
Warranty DOES NOT COVER:
Physically Broken Unit or Solenoid
Worn Mounting Holes
Burnt or Melted Unit or Solenoid
Stripped Terminals
Rust, Water or Oil Damage
Chewed Starter Drives
Internally Blown Apart Units
Over Cranked Starters
Disassembled Units
Spun Pulleys installed by customers
Starts that have stayed engaged - Results from : Low cranking, low key voltage
Broken Nose Housings
A Spinning Starter forced to an abrupt stop; caused by - Backfires, Engagement into a moving engine & water or fuel in a Cylinder.
ACCESSORY WARRANTY POLICY
Accessories are products such as - Battery Chargers, Inverters, Generators and other items. Warranty is 100% processed by the Manufacturer. We are Not Authorized to exchange products unless notified by Manufacturer which will be communicated by us, to the customer.
SHIPPING ISSUES
A customer must immediately report any shipping discrepancies. Products damaged in route, must be held with original packaging until further instructed by us. Any exceptions made, must be authorized.
