    CONSTANTINE'S RARE COLLECTION OF THE WORLD'S FINE WOODS: 50 Different Sample veneer slices each 4" x 9" Each 4" x9" slice is about 1/32" thick, much thicker than current veneers which usually run 1/48" and thinner! The box is 10.5" x 4.5" x 5"!
    I purchased this back in the early 70's as a young woodworker and I wanted a physical set of wood references. This filled the bill, way before we had the internet! Each piece is stamped with its reference number from the provided double sided paper  listing of both the common and the scientific name of the particular wood!
    This would be a great resource today of raw material if you do
    veneer inlay or marquetry. Currently being sold by others on Ebay as a "Collectible" for over PLUS Shipping!
