I have a generic pump
at a lower price
in another listing.
NOTE:
Be very careful: Many sellers say the 50cc & 90cc pumps are the same, NOT TRUE! They are interchangeable but the flow is different. The 90cc motor needs more oil so it must have an authentic 90cc pump.
Installing a New Pump:
1) The engine needs oil while you're bleeding air from the pump. There are two methods,
A) Use an oil can with some two stroke oil in it. Squirt some oil into the hose going to the engine, it doesn't need a lot but enough so you see exhaust smoke while bleeding it.
B) You could also run mix fuel in it until you get all the air out. You will have to drain all the straight gas out of it before you add the pre-mix. If you have an automatic pump you will have to do this.
2) Let oil run out of the feed line until you're sure there aren't any bubbles... then hook to the pump.
3) Start the engine and let it idle and manually pull the cable so the pump is pumping at it's max. If possible, disconnect the oil line from the engine so you can verify it's pumping and no bubbles.
4) Hook the oil line back up to the engine and pull the cable to the max again and pump some extra oil into the engine.
Once you see a good amount of exhaust smoke... you should be good to go.
